Friends of KCC - advancing the Kensington Consultation Centre approach

Friends of KCC is a collective of volunteers who aim to keep alive and further the values, ethics and practices associated with the Kensington Consultation Centre (KCC) school of therapy, consultation and research.

We co-ordinate and collaborate to arrange events such as training and professional development in the KCC approach.

Jo Bownas

During the pandemic and its aftermath, I was asked to do some work with staff groups in a general hospital and had the privilege of working with staff across the hospital and community Trust.  I learned a great deal from them all, including that there is room for healing laughter even in the most difficult of times. This experiential workshop is for anyone interested in working with groups or teams, anyone interested in playful approaches, and anyone who would just like to come and play together!
